Do you work with a webshop or fixed prices?

No. We do not work with a webshop or checkout. However, we can agree fixed pricing for the full year.
After your request, a specialist will contact you within 2 hours on working days to discuss quantities, locations and configuration. You will then receive a tailored proposal.

How quickly can you deliver for events?

In many cases, we can deliver quickly, depending on quantities and preparation. Mention your delivery date and locations in your request, and we will immediately schedule the fastest possible delivery and configuration.

Can you deliver to multiple locations?

Yes. We can organise delivery per location across the Netherlands and Europe and ensure a consistent setup.
Share the number of locations and preferred delivery times, and we will coordinate the planning and logistics.

Do you deliver devices ready for use (software/MDM)?

Yes. Devices can be preconfigured with apps, accounts, software and settings.
Where applicable, we also support device management, such as MDM, Autopilot and ABM, so users can get started straight away.

What if a device fails on the day of the event?

We help design a setup with minimal risks, for example, with spare equipment and a clear support process. Indicate in your request how critical the usage is, and we will advise on the best setup and backup approach.

What happens to data afterwards?

After return, equipment is checked and securely wiped according to standard procedures and prepared for redeployment. Upon request, we can confirm or document the wiping/return process.
