A clear process for fast and flexible IT hardware rental
We believe that renting IT hardware should be simple, reliable, and tailored to your organisation’s needs. Whether you need equipment for an event, training, temporary staff, or a long-term project, our process is designed to support you from the initial inquiry through to equipment collection.
With a specialised rental team, one of the largest inventories in Europe, and delivery capabilities across the entire continent, we ensure your devices arrive ready to use, fully tested, and configured to your specifications. Everything we do is focused on providing the best possible experience.
How renting works
From request to delivery: fast, simple, and fully managed
Step 1 – Your request
Request a non-binding quote via info@flexitrent.com or call us at +31 20 820 8726. Our team reviews your request, checks availability, and asks for additional information where necessary so we understand exactly what you need. You will receive a tailored quote with no obligations, usually on the same day.
Step 2 – Review quote
You can review the proposal whenever it suits you. If anything needs to be adjusted, such as quantities, delivery address, or configuration, we will update it quickly. Our team is ready to answer questions or advise you on possible alternatives.
Step 3 – Confirmation
When everything meets your expectations, you confirm the order. We schedule the delivery, prepare the devices, and send the official order confirmation.
Step 4 – Delivery and installation
We deliver the equipment at a time that best suits your organisation. In most cases, we deliver one business day before your project starts, but if you require a different schedule, we adapt easily. If necessary, our team can also install the devices on-site. Deliveries throughout Europe are no problem, and should anything happen, we provide fast support.
Step 5 – Collection or extension
One business day before the rental period expires, we will contact you to ask if you would like the equipment collected, the rental extended, or to discuss other options. We schedule the collection at a time that is most convenient for you.
Step 6 – Inspection of returned equipment
After return, we inspect and register each device. All data is securely and certified erased — documented and verifiably safe. Upon request, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and a data erasure certificate.
Secure and certified data handling
At Flex IT Rent, secure data handling is central to every step of the rental process. Equipment is not only delivered ready for use but also processed according to strict procedures upon return. This ensures your business data remains protected, regardless of the scale or duration of the rental.
After return, we remove all data securely and with certification. Every device is inspected, professionally erased, and prepared for redeployment according to our ISO 27001 and R2v3 certified procedures. You will always receive a documented confirmation of the performed data erasure.
